I have an Esim and suddenly i am unable to make calls or use my data

I have an esim as i live between countries (i have a british esim and a french physical sim, so i cannot switch to a physical sim). 

I cannot use my 4g services despite restarting my phone MANY times, changing network provider and then re selecting ID MOBILE (occasionally this will work but for 5 seconds before the 4g disappears again). I also am having trouble making calls and sending texts. I own an iphone 11 

please please can someone help, i’ve been without signal for a week and can’t find a human to phone and resolve my problem. 

p.s. I have 198gb of data left to use and unlimited texts and calls and am up to date with payments

Alas ​@Lolli Molli, iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline - iD help & support is entirely online. 

The online Live Chat service is usually the quickest way of speaking to a customer adviser.

Try updating the iOS on your iPhone (to v18.3.1), ​@Lolli Molli.
