I have an issue with my son’s account.

I have an issue with my daughter’s account.  It’s all in my name and I pay for it, but I cannot log in.  And I need to talk to a person to resolve it.  How on earth do I actually speak to a human being and not this awful chatbot?  I have no means of accessing this account, and no means of talking to someone to give me access.  It’s almost like it’s expressly designed to drive us mad

What issue are you having when trying to register/log in? What error do you get?

 

Please note that whilst you may be allowing your daughter to use it, if it’s all in your name, it’ll be your details used, not theirs.

Hi, i can’t log in and ID have made it unreasonably difficult to contact them.  I need to contact them in order to transfer my son’s account into his name.

Maybe I should just cancel the direct debit, as that may encourage them to speak to me properly?

I just want ID to sort it out. Don’t they have a way of helping their customers?

I can’t log in. Can you give me a log in? 
 

Is it possible to actually speak to anyone or shall I just cancel the direct debit?
