I have an issue with my daughter’s account. It’s all in my name and I pay for it, but I cannot log in. And I need to talk to a person to resolve it. How on earth do I actually speak to a human being and not this awful chatbot? I have no means of accessing this account, and no means of talking to someone to give me access.
