i have not recieved my phone

Hi, still not recieved my phone. Was due Wednesday the 29th and did not arrive. So requested to be delivered on Friday the 1st of December. Did not arrive with no communication from DPD. So I requested it to be delivered today. Still no phone. Can you help?
