i have paid my phone bill yet it is still cut off?

Whenever I try to make calls it goes straight to IDmobile who say I have no outstanding bills yet it doesn’t let me make any calls send messages etc can anyone help?

Hey @Helen gelhardt, when services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:

After a bill has been paid when services were already suspended, it can take up to 24 hours for services to resume (typically only a few hours however), so your services should’ve resumed by now.

 

We’d also recommend restarting your phone every so often if you make a payment after suspended services.

I’ve turned my phone off an on a few times and it still hasn’t resumed services
