Sounds like a network or account problem, @Alice Nicholas

Unless @Kustamer knows how to resolve this issue, you’re probably going to need to contact iD customer care, via their online Live Chat service, for assistance.

This is happening to me after paying my bill. Never happened before did you resolve this?
