i have placed an order but not recived dispatch email

I have placed an order for a sim 11 days ago and have received confirmation email but not received dispatch email 

what do I do?

Probably cause the handset is out of stock. You can try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.
