I haven't received my new SIM card?

When did you order it? SIM cards are normally sent via Royal Mail and can take anywhere from a week to ten days to arrive.

I have a new contract and I received my phone and it should be switching date today but I haven’t received Sim card and I noticed you have sent me email with ESIM. I prefer a plastic SIM card please

You need to install the eSIM and then you can register on the app. You can then request a replacement physical SIM via the app or pop to your local Currys store with ID and you can get a replacement sim from there. Once you order online it will disconnect your current SIM so bear that in mind as it is bank holiday weekend so there will be postal delays.
