  1. What you ordered - Make and model, storage, colour
  2. Date you ordered, and where from
  3. Plan you ordered, i.e. Unlimited texts, unlimited calls, 100GB 
  4. How much the contract is per month

I also have not received the bundle. I ordered a Pixel 9a XL 128gb, as an upgrade, with unlimited texts, unlimited calls and 100GB through the website. Will probably return the upgrade, as I only ordered it due to the bundle

Impossible to contact anyone, only downside to ID mobile really. All I've found is this thread

Just to advise there are 2 tariffs for 100GB for the Pixel 9A one doesn’t include the bundle.

@mickbev24 what make and model did you order? We’ll also need the tariff and price.

I ordered, Motorola edge. 50 NEO 100 GB data unlimited text  unlimited mins, only a few days ago and spent the whole morning trying to talk to someone on FB chat as the chat on the website isnt working. I have go no where, so I have tried to cancel my upgrade and will go with another provider, where you can actually talk to someone on the phone. They are now making me pay to cancel! People are now telling me this is all a scam!

You will get charge for returning/cancelling. Im in the same situation

Just to hopefully clarify.

 

When you order the clock starts at that point. So costs for the line rental go up each day. So if the SIM or SIM and phone take 5 days to arrive you’ll have 5 days worth of line rental to pay (I don’t personally agree with this but it is what it is). Then if you cancel you have to pay the returns cost (I would highly recommend using a signed for delivery service) for the SIM and phone.

 

Now some customers whom have returned the phone and SIM have been refunded the line rental as they never actually used the phone or SIM - you won’t get the returns postage costs back.

Hi,

No clue on the free gift issue, but regarding cancellation fees - if you only ordered a few days ago, I’m pretty sure you ought to be within the “cooling off period” where you can cancel without any surcharge.
Ought to say in your contract, but I believe this is pretty standard practice.

No they can’t. Just takes an awful lot of time and patience, and repeating yourself and the law / your rights.

Or just speaking to someone who has some authority. The advisors are all very limited in what they can do, and have scripts they have to stick to. If they can’t help you, go over their heads. Eventually if enough consumers do this, these companies will have to change their methods, as it will end up the more costly option!

Also if you want any help or advice, I’df be happy to offer what I can. Just managed to get my issue resolved and am currently in a lovely back and forth with Overdale (their debt collection agency) who can’t seem to tell their glutes from their elbow! Good fun to be honest! :D

P.S. If you happen to still have any envelopes from them, send it back in their own envelope with “return to sender” to avoid postal costs.

Might be a bit risky with a handset, in case they claim they never recieved it - so DAZ’ advice might be prefferable there.

If you could please confirm how much your plan is each month, we can check this further.

£18.99 and the bundle was there with the phone I wouldn't of got the the contract if it wasn't for the free switch it's false advertising I tell you and it's happened to a lot of people think the company needs reported
