I keep being declined/cancelled for a phone contract but my credit score is good. Why could it be?

I have tried to get the iPhone 11 contract with 50gbs however, i am not being allowed a contract and keep being cancelled with no explanation. I have tried calling the call center for help but it as I am not a customer they will not help or even pick up the phone. I have a good credit score (better than my partner who got approved) and am in no debts. Please help.

Our contracts are subject to a credit check and a security check.

The Security check is run first. If multiple orders are placed in quick succession this can flag up and cause a fail so it may not be the credit check that’s failing but the security check.

We’d usually recommend waiting up to 30-days before placing a new order in this case.
