I continually am losing signal in areas where that never used to be a problem. Do I need a replacement SIM card?

Hi @Redkram,

Welcome to the Community!

You can check the network coverage and network status at the link below:

If you don’t see any issues, please test the SIM in a different handset.

I'm getting the same issue. I've been with ID for years now but suddenly I'll have no signal and phone says this. I don't have another phone to use for a few weeks to see if it's the handset or sim card that's the issue

Hiya,

Its a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. The problem has been for about 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear that @Amanda Bee. Do you have no signal at all? Does it affect calls, texts and data?

Do you always have the issue, or only sometimes?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler,

No. It will be fine for a week or so then I'll be out and about and it will all just go

For the last month it so I repeatedly lose phone signal in places I've never had a problem before. I've checked the signal strength and checked for any area specific issues and there are none 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Tyler

I have a Fairphone. Most problems occur in SA62 0ER but aren't confined to there.
