My Postcode area is SY1 Shrewsbury. I don’t know how to check if there is an outage. I’m a new customer, also.

This is the state of support and customer service from ID. None! You removed being able to call in to a call centre because you don’t have the manpower to accommodate a super huge volume of calls about your crap service.

 

I am still unable to make calls or receive them. The live chat was more useless than this customer help portal. 

 

It doesn’t matter though because I signed up with EE. Just waiting for the sim. 6 days as a customer of ID Mobile was enough to make my hair fall out. 

 

Never, ever again, will I entertain having you as my mobile services provider. Wastes.
