Hi I lost my phone on holiday and the police are asking for the serial number to track it

Sorry to hear about your lost phone, that’s really unfortunate.

We’re not able to provide the device serial number from our systems. This information would normally be found on the original device box or packaging.

However, what we can provide is the IMEI number, which is the unique identifier for your handset and is typically what networks and police use for tracking or blocking devices.

If you’d like, our Customer Service team via Live Chat can help you retrieve your IMEI and support you further with blocking your SIM if needed.
