Chasing up non-delivery of an Amazon gift card and the retailer has requested the original order and transaction numbers - please advise

Hello - I found what seems to be the welcome email and I now have the transaction number but I’m missing the order number. The gift card should have arrived by 120 days after placing the order. Thanks.

Was the order placed directly though ID Mobile?

The order reference number would like have been sent on the very first email. 

Have you been able to locate any further correspondence?

 

If not, please let us know and we will do all we can to assist further.

Hello. I think the order was placed via a comparison site but I can’t remember which one. The first email I received was from giftcloud.com on 21 Nov saying :

‘Thank you for submitting your details for the following offer:

£30 - Curry's or Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. ‘
