I need my PAC code but can't get it by messaging

I keep getting a message that my date of birth format is incorrect. Does it need / between day month year or just the 6 numbers

I’d have to say the full DOB ​@kthjac, thus:

ddmmyy or ddmmyyyy - not dd/mm/yy or dd/mm/yyyy

    It should be DDMMYY. For example, today’s date would be entered as 141124. If that doesn’t work for some reason, please try typing the year in full.
