i need my upgrade invoice to claim gift but cant find it anhwhere

I recently upgraded my phone (delivered yesterday) and was ment to get a free gift. Apparently I have to claim it online, and it is asking me for an invoice but I cant find it anywhere? I have an email of delivery confirmation and of confirmed purchase but they dont meet the requirements to claim, I need the actual invoice and I have no idea where to find it
