i need proof of purchase for my new phone


I have asked many times for proof of purchase for my sons new phone so I can insure it but no one at id will help me I keep getting told different stories. Please help.

Hi first I was told it's being sorted, it wasn't, then was told I've already received the proof by email, I hadn't, so I was told to email them and was told they don't have any information relating to the new plan ! Only information relating to the old plan. Nothing or nobody will help to get what i need.
