I need to access the app and it thinks all my details are incorrect

Hi, I’m trying to log into the mobile ID app and it is saying that my details are incorrect. I’ve tried my whole families details and ran out of possibilities as to why this would be wrong. I am certain I am using the correct number and have to access the app today to sort a price cap for roaming in the USA. Thanks.

I am experiencing this same issue, I have tried to register on the new app and it’s saying my details are incorrect

@Mickz92 It looks like you already have an iD Mobile app account set up with a different email address, that has linked to your phone number successfully on the 23rd April. Are you trying to re-register with a different email? If so, this will be causing the 'details not matched' error. Thanks.

Hi, I'm having a variation on the same issue.  I have two idmobile accounts (one for me and one for my child). Since the app update I'm unable to login to either account (I use different emails for each).  Thanks.

@imobile it looks like you already have an iD Mobile app account set up with a different email address, that has linked to your phone numbers successfully on the 13th June. Are you trying to re-register with a different email? Or are you seeing a different error? Thanks.

@Matthew T thanks for getting back to me. I have two idmobile accounts/numbers for which i use different email addresses. I seem to remember I was able to login to the app for one of them in June, after a lot of messing about. But then when I tried to switch to the other account I got as far as the number, surname,  DoB section, only to get the 'your details don't match' error. Now I get the same no matter which of the two numbers I enter.

To simplify things @imobile I’ve requested for both numbers to be unlinked from the iD Mobile app. I’ll message once this has done, and you’ll be able to reregister using the same email address:

I’m also having the same difficulties and the chat function on your website is no use whatsoever in attempting to remedy. Can you please advise and provide a solution in order for me to access the account with my correct date of birth?
