Welcome and thanks for reaching out to us here on the community.
You can adjust your direct debit date by following the below steps;
- Log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account.
- Go to ‘Billing’.
- Click ‘Manage my details’ and then ‘Change my Direct Debit payment date’.
- Choose a new day of the month from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm the change.
