I need to change the bill gaps

Welcome and thanks for reaching out to us here on the community. 

 

You can adjust your direct debit date by following the below steps;

 

  1. Log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account.
  2. Go to ‘Billing’.
  3. Click ‘Manage my details’ and then ‘Change my Direct Debit payment date’.
  4. Choose a new day of the month from the drop-down menu.
  5. Confirm the change.
