I need to speak to ID but can't get through to someone

HOW do you speak or chat with someone at ID? It seems impossible.

The chat links never work. I have tried via my mobile and my pc, using all the browsers I have, and nothing works. Chat is NEVER available.

I have a serious problem with my new sim and I NEED to speak to someone at ID about it NOW.

How do you make chat work, or else, is there a phone number that I can call where I can speak to a human being.

ID seem fine until there is a problem or you need to speak to them. When that happens, I have never encountered a worse support system.
