I have an iDmobile account with a phone number
I want to transfer this account and associated direct debit to my son, who does NOT have an iDmobile account yet
I CANNOT change the account holders name
The direct debit MUST be in the account holders name
I cannot transfer the number from my iDmobile account to another idMobile account, if my son creates one
If this CANNOT be resolved, my son will be forced to open a new TalkMobile account giving him 52gb a month for £7.95 a month, and I can then SHUT my iDmobile account and transfer the number to my son’s new TalkMobile
I do NOT want to leave iDMobile but I need to transfer my account, its number and direct debit to my son

We are unable to change ownership on accounts.
You can look at changing the direct debit details to your son’s account.
Alternatively you can port your number to a different network SIM on pay as you go and port the number back from the new network to the iD plan that your son purchases.

The only way to do so, would be to complete a triangle port, where you transfer your number to another network, then back to us on the new/other plan.
