i ordered earbuds with my daughters new phone but they didn't arrive with the phone

transaction number, no earbuds were delivered with my order, how do i get this checked to confirm when they will be delivered. Thanks

Thank you. I did this this morning. For info of others in this situation, I have been told to go back to where I took my contract out and they will sort it. Rather than Id mobile directly. In my case this is currys instore.

Use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @sarahlouisej

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
