i pay my bill from more then 24 h and nothing , i cant make calls

Can some pane help me I pay my bill and I need the phone every time wen I set up a direct debit by end of the month is cancel I don't know way

Please also ensure to use the address search feature when updating your details on our side and that the details match that of the account you’re using for direct debit.

Perhaps try contacting the iD support team using the iD online Live Chat service - an iD adviser should be able to assist.
