i recently bought a new phone and decided to install the esim. now I'm abroad the phone doesnt work. i have my other phone but sim is not connected. But can i reinstall my old sim card so my old phone works?

 i recently upgraded to S25ultra phone and decided to install an esim which i think has cancelled my actual old micro sim card in my other phone. now I'm abroad the new S25 phone esim isn't working, and neither phone is working with id sim connected. i have my other phone, but as the sim is not connected.  But can i reinstall my old sim card so my old phone works?

    I am sorry to hear your eSIM is not working abroad, was it working prior to leaving the UK? Have you also enabled roaming?

     

    Unfortunately, we are not able to reinstate a deactivated SIM card sorry.
