i request my number be ported and provided pac i. 28th may


Requested my number be ported and provided pac code on 28th may. It is now the 16th July and still not able to use my old number. 

Rather infuriating to say the least because I've attempted to redo the pac submission and now an error message appears saying it's not possible to process code.

A PAC can only be used once, after being issued, @Jackie_burdett

You can get a new PAC from your old provider, 30-days after getting the previous PAC.

Does you old provider’s SIM card still work?
