I've been trying to log onto the ID Mobile but it's always saying, sorry etc and nothing is there. So I can't retrieve my statements to actually pay it. It's just a waste of time, this company, they've given me a bad credit score now because of all this, it's their fault this has happened. I cancelled the DD as I thought that I didn't owe them anymore as I'd stopped using the mobile after the contract had ended. Though I think they've added more money on the account as they said beforehand that I didn't owe them anymore. So who's right or wrong here? Mobile companies are always ripping off people when contract ends they're still charging you even you don't use the mobiles. I've had it done to me many times, it's wrong. So I'm not sure how this can be rectified as I'm unable to get through to them.
