Hello 

My ID account seems to be not working, I have tried on multiple occasions but it is not working. I am paying 51 pounds per month and I have no idea what I am paying for.

Try using the online portal to see if this is also acting up - http://my.idmobile.co.uk/

 

If this works then, depending on the age of the phone, maybe consider uninstalling the app and reinstalling it - note for iPhone the minimum spec is iOS 15 or later and Android version 9 and above.
