id do not care about complaints

id has not reply to complaints. id complaint team ask me to call which i did for almost an hour last week. Still no resolution. Nobody followed it up and still i cannot used the roaming datas for 2 weeks that i bought as extra, and id charged me. Still no data available. Id has blocked access to my paid add on and cap, i have done all requested. Id still do not care about vulnerable customers  I have already send an deadlock email to id on the 6/6. I considered this as the the outcome of my complaint. Silence. ID received and replied to the email but says they wont deal with it.  Do not send me a text to call you again  not only it is exhausting it is fruitless. It is obvious id  prefered dealing with ombusman than with their customers.  ref 412173055

I have already call the ID complaint team. Having to call and talk repeat myself again to the ID complaint team for hours on the same complaint is time consuming and useless. I am now awaiting to get a reply email for my complaint which i open on the 2nd of June.

So far the only thing that ID mobile has done is overcharged me, sending me two bills for the same months which included charging me their ID mobile misold products. 

Next steps will be the Ombusman.

Like any other providers, ID do not send a text to warn you are about to run out of roaming allowances and ID app make you think you are in plan. The lack of transparence about ID own roaming surcharged when out of plan make sense now. 

I am sorry you have to play fool. As you know I have reached ID teams including. ID response slowdown my network service and closed my complaint on the 6 July. 

ID continue to ignore a simple needs and tell me to call the complaint teams when i made clear to contact me only by email. ID is not apt and should not be allowed to market their services to disabled vulnerable customers.

The complaint 412173055 will be send to the Ombusman.
