Id mobile app


Am I the only one who, whether by APP or online, still get the ‘get started’ message and repeatedly have to input my id, whether I want touch and notifications?   Driving me mad this Ground Hog Day APP??

Seems iD Mobile are releasing app fixes on a daily basis between 10pm and 7am next day.

I am afraid that when using the app I still have to keep registering/ getting started.  To log in to forum no problem but app useless

Forum and iD app are completely different systems.

Can you login in using your web browser, @Dorothy Sharman?

Perhaps try online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.

 


Yes I can login on website and I can log in to the community but the APP  - Nope

The app is downloaded on Apple IPad and Apple IPhone Tom?

Can you please try logging in on your phone?

It may be worth uninstalling the app and reinstalling it first.

If you still have issues, please send over some screenshots here of the error/issue and we can PM you if required.

Hi Kash

i tried once more still no luck, I deleted app and went in store and downloaded it again.  Presumably had to ‘get started’ so did that and again, logged out.  Tried to log back in to a ‘get started’ message.   When I open app on my phone I get this message and when I click on it up comes a page headed at top “Cancel (padlock) auth.my.idmobile.co.uk aA and a swirly sign.

below this heading it starts with email address (which I fill in) and underneath that Next in a blue strip to click on for next page of password and then touch and then notification and then opens to my account.

whereas here on this forum it comes up to login with email address and password one page, I click and I am in.
