ID Mobile App


Since the new app has been launch my Mobile ID app which has been updated does not recognise my email address. Obviously this is a pain as I cannot use my mobile to access my account. 

I have managed to log on and update my profile/password etc on the internet/web which everything is good. Even after updating my account on the internet I am still unable to get pass the “Invalid email address”

Its so frustrating that such a simple email address is unrecognisable. And yes the email address has been in use for a lot of years

Thanks for this @scoobyoscarfred, I’ve deleted the comment as it contained your personal email. This error is caused when there is additional spaces around the email (my guess from the screenshot is there is a space in front of the email). Please try deleting any white space before or after the email, or manually entering the email yourself to avoid this issue.

Have you previously been an iD customer, left for another provider, then rejoined iD Mobile later on, @scoobyoscarfred

No, I have been a customer with ID Mobile for many years without a break. I have been able to access my ID account on my mobile since the first day I have joined. But now I cannot.

Afternoon @scoobyoscarfred,

I can confirm an iD Mobile App Account was successfully created yesterday, 20th June and your mobile number has been linked. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you see?

You are correct, I have managed to log onto my mobile ID app last night. Everything is good.
