Since the new app has been launch my Mobile ID app which has been updated does not recognise my email address. Obviously this is a pain as I cannot use my mobile to access my account.
I have managed to log on and update my profile/password etc on the internet/web which everything is good. Even after updating my account on the internet I am still unable to get pass the “Invalid email address”
Its so frustrating that such a simple email address is unrecognisable. And yes the email address has been in use for a lot of years
