I cannot get onto the app, it keeps saying my details are not recognised

The other option is to login to the iD Mobile website on your phones internet search engine (as long as it is up to date) and then saving it as a shortcut to your Home screen. This way you don’t have to rely on the App being current and accessible for your device and will be like accessing your account via a computer.
