Been an ID Mobile user for sometime now and often use the App. However, just lately it appears to be struggling on a fairly regular basis. The problem I’m experiencing is that the login PIN just doesn’t work. I put the pin in and the App just sits there processing for a few second then nothing.
Any help on this, please? Thanks.

We have had some issues with the app recently which the team are working on.
Are you still experiencing this issue? Do you have any problems when logging into your account online?
