Use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Ilze Pundure.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hello @Ilze Pundure

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are very sorry to hear this has happened.

Have you been able to speak to the Live Chat team?

Do both payments show as taken on your statement? Usually with a direct debit, we will attempt a payment and then if it is not successful, we will follow up with a second attempt a few days later.

Please do let us know and we will be happy to assist further.

Thanks,

Nat

Thank you for your reply @Ilze Pundure

The live chat service is automated at first to gather information on the query. To bypass this, please enter ‘speak to adviser’.

We will be able to look in to this further. Please check your inbox for a private message from us 📫

Speak soon,
