ID Mobile contract iPhone 13 charging issue

hi, i have problems charging my iphone 13 and need to press the canle upwards for it to charge. i have ruled out cable and plug priblems. will ID mobile change my phone if it is over 1 year since my contraxt start?

Having reviewed the information provided, please note that the handset is now outside of the standard returns period. As the issue appears to be related to the handset itself, we would recommend taking the device to your nearest Currys store so it can be inspected by a technician.

 

The technician will be able to assess the fault and advise on the next steps available, including whether a repair or another option is required.

 

Please note that we are unable to confirm at this stage whether any costs would apply, as this will depend on the outcome of the inspection and the technician’s assessment.
