ID mobile network connection


My connection to my ID mobile network was working fine and I have access to my WiFi. I think I have trouble shooted everything but still have no ID mobile network connection. Help please.

What phone do you have and what’s your full postcode please?

 

Is the issue only with data?

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for your help. iPhone 13. It’s just the data not working. I have no icon showing the network. I have checked my postcode with ID mobile network checker.

What “icon showing the network” do you mean?
