Is this happening in one particular area or all over?

Hello Nat , this is an galaxy S23

I cannot access live chat but my phone was unable to make calls for approximately a day and a half.

I would be interested in a reduction on my next bill .

I am happy to keep posting the problem on I D Community as this is the only way to contact you .

I didn't realise there is no contact number when I took out the contract but I will rectify this when the contract is up with a new provider
