I upgraded my SIM-only contact today and also I got this iD Mobile promotion(s): £50 Gift Card. But no idea how to claim it?

  1. What phone did you order, in what colour and what storage? Or SIM only plan?
  2. What date did you order?
  3. Was the order directly via iD Mobile online?
  4. What tarriff did you order? (Data, calls, texts)?

Hi, it was a sim only upgrade. It was ordered on February 18th. This was done directly through the ID mobile app. It is unlimited texts, unlimited minute's and 100GB Data.

I have had mine sent out (well I presume it's a physical gift card and not a SIM) but missed the courier the first time and they didn't knock the second so missed them again. I then changed delivery address for a third attempt but heard nothing until I tracked it to find it was sent back to Currys. I've tried to contact DPD who pass the buck to Currys, I've emailed Currys but no response yet (been 2 days). I don't know who to contact now?

Why not just send an e-gift card?!

@Tyler , yes that's correct. I went on holiday shortly after the last attempt hence the delay in checking until now. DPD tracking says it was on its way back to Currys but still no word from them. I can send you the tracking info if it helps? Many thanks for your response.

I have today upgraded my Sim only contract which includes an offer of a £50 Currys gift card. But in 10 days we leave on holiday for 2 months. How long do I have to claim or activate the card? Reading the above I see the card is valid for 2 years so I should have time to use it after I get home in July. I notice that the claim page has various offers, but not this one. Do I need a number to activate the gift card? Is that on the order? Many thanks in advance.

Hi there. I've just checked mine (which was an eGift, not a physical card) and it says valid for 24 months from date of issue.
