ID network


Hello I had no coverage from ID mobile  for 2 days last month and no one from ID mobile has replied .

Unable to make calls for 2 days , that was a month ago , thank you.

I had no ID network for two days almost a month ago , how can I contact someone from ID mobile please?

@Paul057  Hello for you not having service for two day's last month's is most unfortunate. IDMobile nor any other provider or network cannot guarantee a full functional services 24/7. Many factors have to taken into consideration, damage equipment, substation malfunction, network equipment malfunction , upgrades to the network, maintenance work etc etc. While two day without a service for anyone it's not good these thing's do happen. Now if the service were out for at least 5 day's in a row or longer I'm sure IDMobile or any provider would have to reimburse or compensate customers if they were out of service for more than a certain amount of time.

Hey there ​@Paul057, sorry to hear you had issues for two days.

 

We wouldn’t typically look to refund for the loss of services for two-days, especially being reported 1-month later, as we cannot guarantee a perfect network at all times I’m afraid and always endeavour to fix issues ASAP, which is what must’ve happened if it were only two-days of issues.

 

If you do have issues in the future, please get in touch right away so we can assist further.

Thanks Tyler , I reported it several times at the time of the incident,  however , there was no assistance given . You can check the notes, 

Thanks for the reply , my contract with ID Mobile  is almost at an end so I will be able to rectify the matter by choosing another network.

You are probably not interested in my feedback but I think ID Community is not the way forward,  surely there is a way to report a concern without the world knowing your problem,  thank you
