Several iD Mobile customers have reported issues with poor data coverage and network performance, with some describing it as "terrible". These complaints include slow data speeds, dropped calls, and intermittent service, even in areas where iD Mobile's coverage checker indicates good signal strength. Some users have also reported issues with their 5G service despite having 5G capable devices.
