id not accepting my pac code from o2

Hi there I have a pac code from o2 so I can bring my old number with me but I keep getting error message saying it is t correct? O2 assure me it is live

Have you tried texting PAC to 65075 that is what I did 😊 as I have just switched from O2 myself

Are you referring to the online form for your number port?

It may be that some other information is incorrect (usually the transaction number).

You’ll need to enter the number that start with a 4, if you still have issues please contact our Live Chat Team.

I am getting an Error message when submitting a PAC Code, All fields are filled correctly.

Could someone get back to me?
