iD Perks - Morrisons voucher out of date!


I tried to use the iD Perks Morrisons £10 voucher today, but the T&Cs say it can only be used between 18th April & 18th May. 🤷‍♀️ 

The iD Blog introducing Perks says: Simply head to the iD Mobile app and browse the live offers.

If it’s a live offer, why is it 17 daysout of date?

Hi. Thank you for the feedback, I’ve just heard back from our Propositions team. The offer was still valid, it just had the wrong expires date in the terms copy. This has now been updated. Thanks!

The email does now say May 18th-June 18th, but I can still not use the voucher! 

The message is: “Your chosen time slot is outside the specified range for this voucher”

I’ve tried 1 hour delivery slots, 4 hour saver slots - morning, afternoon, evening & night!! 😁 The same message pops up every time

OK ​@Linhally  if you open our iD app and view the perks section, there is a little ‘i’ under the Morrisons perk. This brings up the terms and conditions for the offer, can you check that your order meets the criteria? 

The offer does state it is only for new Morrisons customers, so you may want to make a new account if you have ordered before?

Thanks for the suggestions.

There is nothing in my order, or the time slot booked that is outside the T&Cs. I’ve tried a 1 hour slot, 4 hour slot, different times, different days. There’s nothing in T&Cs #4 that is in my basket. I’ve tried a different credit card, in case it didn’t like that! 😅

I have tried creating a new account (I hadn’t thought of that! 😁), but I still get exactly the same error message. 

Can anyone else get the code to work?? 🤷‍♀️
