ID recommended I speak to an ombudsman and then disputed the case.

I've had issues with ID since the start of my contract and have spent well over a year without resolution.

It's been a constant back and forth of unhelpful nonsense and I finally submitted a request for a letter of deadline after months of frustration.

ID sent me a letter and suggested if I was unhappy that I should contact an ombudsman and I decided to take their advice.

Having spent several weeks submitting evidence for my case, ID have disputed my case. ID RECOMMEND I ENGAGE THE OMBUDSMAN... WTF.

They're now trying their best to shut the case down.

Hey there @Mbrowning93, we’re very sorry to hear this.

Is there anything we can help with here at all?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi,

You could provide me with an email address I can contact ID via?

I am having issues with making phone calls and ID keep trying to phone me to resolve the issue.

I have repeatedly explained this to ID and yet they still try to phone me or send me a letter telling them to phone me.

I have asked repeatedly to be contacted via a different method and this never happens.

I have lodged a formal complaint and requested a letter of deadlock as I am not prepared to have correspondence via letter. I am not paying for the cost of postage and I am not prepared to let this get dragged out for an even longer period of time then it already has. I have been unable to make phone calls since the start of my contract.

If you could please provide me with an email address or a method I can speak to ID that doesn't involve snail mail or a phone call that would be wonderful.

Please also take this as a reminder that I requested a letter of deadlock back in December and the notice period in which to complete this request has since passed.

I will be engaging the ombudsman as previously suggested by ID.

Hello @Mbrowning93

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an email address.

We would need to take a look at the case from our side but for full transparency, if the case has gone to deadlock we would not be able to offer an alternative outcome.

Please check your inbox for a private message from us.

Thanks,

Nat
