I've had issues with ID since the start of my contract and have spent well over a year without resolution.It's been a constant back and forth of unhelpful nonsense and I finally submitted a request for a letter of deadline after months of frustration.ID sent me a letter and suggested if I was unhappy that I should contact an ombudsman and I decided to take their advice.Having spent several weeks submitting evidence for my case, ID have disputed my case. ID RECOMMEND I ENGAGE THE OMBUDSMAN... WTF. They're now trying their best to shut the case down.
