I purchased a sim only deal a few weeks ago. I unlocked a phone specifically for the sim. It comes up unknown sim and emergency calls only, no signal etc. I have tried the sim in 3 other phones with the same outcome. I was told to register the sim. I know it is not a signal issue as another member in my household is with ID mobile and it is full signal Every time I try to register an account to register sim it is sending a verification code to that sim - impossible to get the get the code as the sim is not working. I am at the end of my tether as I have tried sorting the issue for 3 weeks now with no joy.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated at this point!
