Hi,

I requested a transfer to ID on Monday morning, entered my PAC code from my old provider etc online. My old network stopped working but when I put my ID SIM in it's not working at all. 

I really need my phone to be working as I'm missing important calls. Can anyone help please? 

Unfortunately @Carvz84, the iD Mobile Live Chat advisers only work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays. 

The iD staff who look at member posts in this forum are currently a bit behind real-time.

As it turned out, my service went live at 10pm! So a bit of delay but we got there in the end. Thanks for the replies!
