Tried to contact Customer Service several times today. Used two different browsers and used incognito mode. The bot freezes and chat simply does not connect. I raised a an issue more than a month ago. Two weeks ago there was still no resolution. Today I simply can't connect to the webchat to see if Technical Support have a resolution to the issue.
Please help.
