identifying account outstanding debt

Please can someone help me locate my mobile number? I’ve been given a debt collection notice and don’t recognise the bill. This is the second time it’s happened. I paid the first one.

 

unfortunately, ID Mobile haven’t contacted me by post

 

switch my email address and telephone numbers regularly all I have is the deck collection notice

 

The collection company, unfortunately don’t have any new information
