Hi. I’m new to idmobile and the App worked for about a week then opened with gobbledygook. So I uninstalled the App then reinstalled it, but it wont open. It seems that the Captcha is blocking it as it goes in a loop and back to the beginning where I have to log in again, and start Captcha again. Can anybody suggest anything please?

+22Use the website rather than the app but probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
I’ve been on live chat for over an hour and no further forward. The app works fine on my laptop and ipad, but will not work at all on my iphone max pro 13?
