Hi guys,
My phone was annoyingly pick pocketed whilst I was in London last weekend.
my insurance asked for proof from my network provider that the IMEI has been blocked which I requested Tuesday, I was told I should receive this within 24 hours.
its now been 48 hours and still have received this, is there a typical time this should take?

The only suggestion I can offer is to read this

They might be able to tell you why there’s been a delay in sending the proof you require or ideally email you one whilst on the chat.
