Imported number

Hi,

 

I am a new customer that has had my existing number imported…...I have an issue with this as the number has imported to an extent. When I make a call it shows my imported number but when I sent a text it comes up as my ID mobile number which shouldn't be in use now… Its like having two numbers on one card. One for calls and one for text which is making everything more difficult.

Can anyone help with this??

Hi @scott1976,

 

May I ask which handset you’re using please? If it’s an iPhone, can you please change the Number under the “My Number” Setting to ensure it’s the one you’ve ported across?
