inactive gift card

Hello , I upgraded 2 phone contracts on 13/3/25 and received 2 Currys £50 gift card but both cards are saying they are inactive and have no balance. 

Can you help please

    You could try using iD online web chat to discuss this with an iD adviser, ​@Lee724. 

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays. 

    The community members here can’t access your account nor order history, sorry.
